Hell has a few pages dedicated to "Theresa" on his site, richardhell.com. You

You can also buy the recent French/English reprint of the book at his site.
They've also has some original copies of a lit magazine he did *before* "Wanna
Go Out?", c. 1971, featuring a bunch of poems by some guy named Tom Miller.
