Bombation In 12 Bursts

What minor threat would sound like if they could play
their instruments, appreciated Coltrane and
electronica

they strive to reinvent punk and pull it off
the record ends in an astonishing unexpected fashion
a GREAT record by almost any objective standard. 
Arguably the best record of 1998
