did Bowie not do a cover of a pixies song on the live tin machine album ? tin machine - says it all about bowie really

can anyone honestly say hes done anything REALLY good in the last 25 years ?

I'm sure he meant something in the 70's, but you cant persuade me he's up to scratch now when (now) the majority of his career has been sub standard

thats why I like television, they came back with a great 3rd album, better than the second in my view, and then disappeared again, unlike that bad smell bowie

Also interestlingly, The Pixes do a damn good cover of Neil Young's
"Winterlong", It just came out not too long ago, maybe a b-sides
collection. It is possibly better than Neil's version!
