No, I wanted to see Andy's band but couldn't make it. The Queens of the
Stoneage played the night I left, that I really wanted to see. But I did go
to a BBQ at my friend Don's place, with half the Clash, Mick and Paul and
most of BAD the first version and meeting Patti Paladin was cool, as I liked
her and Judy Nylon's band Snatch back in the day. So I had fun even though I
didn't see all I wanted to. Also when I got to the airport I was offered a
voucher to fly anywhere in the world that Virgin flys by giving up my seat
on that flight and leaving the next day. If only they wanted me to stay 2
days, it would have been perfect. They put me in a hotel with dinner and
breakfast included. Plus the voucher, which I have 18 months to redeem and I
must travel from London. Not sure where to go yet, Japan, Australia, if only
the flew to Thailand!
