Ron Wood is a really underrated guitarist, every bit the equal of Mick
Taylor and a mighty fine songwriter to boot (cf the Faces) - shame
he has had to take a backseat writing-wise with the Stones all these years
even though if he ever did have any substantial input into the writing of 
any songs he'd prob never get any recognition or the sniff of a royalty 
from Sir Tightarse Jagger anyway - as Mick Taylor found out to his cost

there's some crackin stories about the Stones / Dylan / Rod the Mod in Ian
McLagan's book - a highly recommended and entertaining read,the bugger's 
played with everybody!
