There's an old adage that goes something along the lines of "never credit 
malice when stupidity will do". I think this applies in spades here. I can't 
believe Virgin was making any conscious decisions on this.

Now for a big-hype, fancy-schmancy reissue? Sure the label will look close. 
For a bargain reissue? No way.
