No problem.  The interviews are interesting.  They do establish that
Mr. V. has a deep interest in melody.  For me, this only makes the 
mystery deeper.

I've heard it said before that Verlaine's saxophone playing influenced
his guitar playing. Guess to know that, you'd have to know what style
of sax he played.  

Anybody know if any recordings exist of Verlaine playing saxophone or
piano (or for that matter, any insturment besides guitar)?
