Where do people in the music biz get the idea that one has to
hide mistakes? Books routinely have second editions that correct
errors, or are shipped with errata sheets tucked inside! The
software industry routinely ship release notes that list the
bugs that have been fixed in the new release. Where do these
monstrous music egos come from? Or is it just that greed is the
sole driving force in the music industry?
