yep, thanks to Ray pointing me in his direction, I can agree with that sentiment! Recommended to all fans of Van Morrison (even though I'm not), Tim Buckley, Terry Reid, The Waterboys, soul music, Dr. Zhivago and, oh, lots of other things.
MOJO on his latest, "Tranquil Isolation": "...like much of this improbably triumphant album, neck hair raisingly great".
Also fab to find someone leaving the ridiculous/pathetic world of professional football to make great music.
