This is quite sorrowful. I felt bad when I heard Robert's wife died...all
very sad. Here is what appears to be his web site. It has a discography and
bio.

with his music and probably heard him first on Matthew Sweet's "Girlfriend"
on which Quine shared guitar duties with Richard Lloyd.
