RE: (TV) Verlaine at Ramones film opening



weren't there some major licensing problems with this
film?  like the filmmakers not securing any music
rights?  and joey's folks being upset he didn't get
more time?  if so, any idea how it was worked out (or
is that another film i'm thinking of?).
