Which browser/platform are you using?

Based on the symptoms you're describing, it might be that spyware has
hijacked your browser. Have you tried other sites you often access?
Do those load properly?

If you're running Windows, try something like Ad-Aware. It's a free
download. It'll detect and remove most of the common spyware for the
PC platform. http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

It could also be a virus, or a weird routing problem your local ISP
is having.
