(TV) Poor Circulation bootleg question

I have recently had the opportunity to examine a CDR purporting to be a
copy of the Poor Circulation bootleg, and have a question about it.

According to all the various discographies, the last track (#18) should be
a version of "Blank Generation". However, the last track doesn't sound
like the "Blank Generation" that I know, and it is sung by Verlaine.
Quality is awful and I can't readily report any intelligible lyrics.

Is the version of "Blank Generation" on this disc really that different?
Or is this cdr something else instead?
