Well you won't have to worry about hearing him on new tapes. He passed away
last year and was a friend of all the bands. He taped many many shows and
said he did that mainly so people wouldn't bootleg his shows. Some of us
used to call him Yeah yeah yeah because he yelled that a lot. RIP Jim
Brawley. He was the ultimate Patti Smith fan but he taped just about every
band in the early CBGB's scene.
