I'm not sure where they get that idea. Who are they refering to ? The 
Strokes ? Franz Ferdinand ?  Bloc Party ? There's three that might have 
been remotey influenced by Television/TV but sheesh , "overstufffed" ? 
Most of the above bands are more likely to list Gange of Four as their 
main influence. I think it's more accurate to say 'a  music critic 
scene' that's following over itself to find some way to work the phrase 
'marquee moon' into their copy.
