RE: (TV) Re: New Book / Funpack?

A long time ago I collated some of the best Television & Verlaine bootlegs,
converted them to MP3 and put them on data CDs. I called it "santadog's
funpack". This was before all computers had CD burners, and way before
peer-to-peer networks and bittorrent.
None of the material is rare these days, most of it is freely traded by
people in the Yahoo group, and in much better quality too (MP3 being a
fundamentally flawed method of audio distribution).

Ps, looking forward to reading Tim's book!

This must be something from before my time... can anyone bring me up to
speed on what it was?
