(TV) John Cale in great form

Saw John Cale tonight at the Sala Heineken, Madrid. What a man!

Professional, enthusiastic, fit, in great voice, with a great band (guitar,
bass & drums), and some great new songs, as well as great old ones.

Very much a _rock_ concert, often very loud, with a hard edge, though the old
ballads (Big White Cloud, Amsterdam, etc.) were beautifully done. Hard to
believe he's 66.

See him if you can...
