LIVE AT THE WALDORF was the Rhino Handmade issue of the 1978 concert -- a 
limited edition of 5000. Dennis, perhaps you're thinking of the 1992 live disc 
the band sold at shows c. 2003?

I don't think the Waldorf CDs were shrink wrapped. At least the 50 I sold for 
the band were not. I also have a few I kept for myself.
