I really don't think so... I would expect it to have come up by now.  It's
surprising in a way, as there are so many natural choice, but maybe Tom
doesn't like to allow it for his own Millerish reasons.  Certainly the
tracks from the instrumental albums would be strong contenders, but as far
as I know they've only been used in Big Bad Love, which had participation
from Tom on "new" tracks as well.  That's Tom solo anyway.

Following on, wouldn't we think that the odds of the CBGB film getting the
rights to use any actual Television music are going to be pretty slim?  The
same might be true for any number of the other bands, too, come to think of
it.  Pretty major detriment to the project if so.
