(TV) Is this an official release?- Revisited / "The Complete Elektra Recordings (Plus Liner Notes) / Photo a fake? Shake & Bake

Does anyone know if the "album" advertised on Apple/iTunes (not the illegal)
boot of My Father's Place June 9, 1978) but the one entitled, "Marquee Moon
/ Adventure / Live At the Waldorf (The Complete Elektra Recordings Plus
Liner Notes)" actually exists as a CD (with Lossless files non-mp3s) in a
plastic jewel-case for sale, or does it only exist as a "virtual" album:
for-sale as download of mp3s, only?

PS: It's funny how sometimes one get's a false mental image of what a
geographical location looks like (or what a person looks like from hearing
their voice on the radio for years). I have always had this mental image of
My Father's Place as being a kind of 'road-house' bar in semi-country-ish,
bucolic part of Roslyn, L.I. And now I see from the "cover" of the illegal
June 9, 1978 boot of the band standing outside the bar, that the true
location/place is much more citified and urban with sidewalks and
street-lights.

Or is this photo of Television standing outside My Father's Place a fake
taken in NYC with a phony "My Father's Place" sign plastered over the top?

P.P.S.: If my memory serves me well, Howard's original Carried Away version
of the June 9, 1978, My Father's Place show, was supplanted by a friend of
MM List member John Busine, who put on DIME a version that was a lower gen.
copy of the original cassette that had been transferred to Reel-to-Reel. The
Reel-to-Reel tape had to be literally baked in an oven to restore its
original stellar quality.

I'm convinced it's the show on June 9th, 1978. Setlist matches.
Having compared the quality to the recording we already (known as (My 
Father's Place UPGRADE') have I'd say this was the same recording  -  
although possibly copied before the "upgrade" operation.
In any case, nothing that anyone needs to give 'them' money for.
