(TV) "around" in Australia

what a nightmare ...

i live in a smallish country town, so there was no hope of going into a
record store and picking it up off the shelf. so i ordered this from the
best independent record store in Sydney. it's now five weeks since i placed
my order, so i enquired about my order via email yesterday, and was told
that they apologise for the delay but "around" has an "export ban" on it and
they haven't been able to procure a copy.

an "export ban"? wtf? why?!

luckily i picked up the other album online ages ago -- it probably has the
same "export ban" applied to it ...

sometimes it's a real nuisance living in australia ...
