Re: (TV) 2 cents on Rap/dissing Richard.



Right on about Verlaine. I get the feeling that he is still the same stuck up
child I met in '76. I like your comments but as 'Tranes cousin said( about
"Trane, Monk, Powell, etc.) these guys were genius junkies. Hell ain't no
genius and he's been done for some time; he just has better genetic make-up
than Johnny Thunders. As a friend of mine once said: " when he's done prick 'em
and turn him over."
I'm too old to chase after has beens and never beens especially when I saw them
in action; and  I hate nostalgia.
