    You need to go back a few days where every junkie was useless. Hack is
truly unfair. If you take a look back about 25 years ago, Hell created
something
in music that were it not for him may not have been there. It wasn't just
the music.
It was the poetry, it was the posters that he designed, and his own clothes
which
he designed that largely influenced the British Punk Rock Movement. Not to
mention
that he was involved just as much as any other member of Television in
creating
a music scene at CBGB's. So yes, he may have been a junkie, now a recovered
