(TV) Addendum: Bob McFadden and Dor on Ebay

Important addendum: the Ebay ad mentions that 'Dor' was really Rod McKuen,
which explains Hell's interview in Mojo this month where he mentions how "Blank
Generation" was based on a Rod McKuen song.
