Ya mean like Pittsburgh?  We've certainly exported some fine talent 
to Chicago in the last couple of years.  It's a weird scene here, 
with a lot of talented people in little micro sub-scenes that don't 
intersect each other, so it's hard to get a critical mass going.  It 
_is_ pretty cheap to live here, though.
