Mark, the "incorrect" CC remaster was never sold in retail stores, only via
mail order from CC directly. The corrected remaster is the only one to make it
into stores, as of 21 January 2003.

The song "Kingdom Come" always make me think of Yeats, too, specifically
"Parnell": "Parnell came down the road, he said to a cheering man:
'Ireland shall get her freedom and you still break stone.' "
