No. It is not true that he grew up in Delaware, Pa, 
but later moved to Wilmington.

Heylin's a great writer and his use of alliteration here is 
effective, but his "Delaware, Pa" is either a typo, or in 
his haste to finish his sleevenotes [lousy in opinion of 
P. Obbard] he simply got sloppy, or had had too many glasses 
of wine, or was not thinking clearly after 'flamming' some 
inferior, or mixed up Delaware, PA with Wilmington, DE, or 
confused/transposed parts of his research notes on TV 
attending Military Academy in Chester, PA.  

By the way, the next time you're at a cocktail party, you 
could drop the fact that Chester, PA resides in Delaware 
County, PA.
