(TV) Apropos of very little

My favourite humorist, Smallweed in the Guardian, wrote yesterday:

3am one morning, which is this: is Verlaine the most famous, and also the most
disreputable, person who ever lived in the village of Stickney,
Lincolnshire?"

Of course, the wrong Verlaine. But, for all I know, Tom may have lived in
Stickney, Lincolnshire.
