Worth noting: this guy is a published author, which few if any of the fine
writers on this list can say of themselves. So if he chooses to use
that credibility to convince a publisher to put out a book on Television...
good on him! And if that gets a little more notice paid to Tom and the
band, double good.

I mean, I'm dubious, too, but you bet I'll read it, and even if it sucks
outright I'll be happy it exists... given how frighteningly many books about
Phish you can find at your local Barnes & Noble.

Word.

But by that same token, even if the book fails to rise to the level of
"definitive", we'll still have Keith's site and each other's brains to pick
about the minutiae of who played what and when, so no harm done,

Of course, it could really, really, suck. Has anyone read Mitchell's Cale or
Richman books? I'd like to, not just to see what's in store but because I
really like Cale and Richman and there's less out there on them than you
might hope. (Richman in particular seems if anything a more reclusive and
pricklier dude than Tom, appearances in Farrelly Brothers movies aside.)
