Isn't it on-again, off-again? E.g., Verlaine did the soundtrack for that
never-finished Theresa Stern film Hell did in the early 1990s. And I think they
wrote the unreleased 28TH CENTURY book post-Television (c. 1978 or so), but I
could be wrong about that.

Yes they don't seem to get along at all. Tom ate at my restaurant once and Hell
camde in a few days later and my partner said to hom, "hey a friend of yours was
in Tom Verlaine" and the comment got a very chilly reception from Richard.
