(TV) Re: Alejandro Escavedo



    I had heard froma friend living in Austin that Alejandro would very
often play with Ronnie Lane(of Small Faces/Faces fame) in whatever club
would have them. Does anyone have any recordings of the two together. I was
fortunate enough to catch Alejandro's Orchestra which was both original
and inspiring. Why a label hasn't figured out how to market this guy is
beyond me. Talk about a waste of talent. Though I'm sure there are 1,000
stories like his. Anyway, tapes of these two anyone? M T C
