(TV) Re: Dirty Three

Hi all

The Dirty Three are a band from Australia. Warren Ellis is the violin
player and focal point of the Dirty Three and has been for a number of
years. He has also periodically played with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds
over the last few years as well. Nick Cave recently toured Australia
without the Bad Seeds in a an almost unplugged mode and Warren Ellis was
also a part of Nick's band.

The music of the Dirty Three is instrumental but it is moving, emotive,
haunting and enthralling. In fact, later this month, the Dirty Three are
playing some shows in Australia as a sort of launch the new album. Should
be good. I am hoping to get along.

FYI
