Bit late on this as I've been away but on trains etc and since I got back:

Neil Young  Some of the best electric tracks from Decade--particularly Like
A Hurricane(incidentally NY is someone I'm surprised doesn't get mentioned
more on this list).
Grant Hart  Good News For Common Man(still not sure about this but it's
growing)
Lee Perry- Black Arkives--absolutely wonderful old stuff re-issued on vinyl
Lee Perry- Musical Bones--ditto as above but not quite as good.
Junior Byles & FriendsJa-Man Secial 1975-78
Dangerhouse Records Volume 1--Various
For Dancers Only--Northern Soul Comp.

As someone who never liked the Beatles the Rutles' music was always going to
grate on me. All my friends thought it was great. I am amazed to find Rutles
boots being mentioned though.......isn't someone missing the point here
somewhere.........or is it just me?
