Ah , marvellous Keith . I was half expecting a dig from you , but good on
yer . Most people don't see past the white stripe and the leather gear , but
he was ( and all the many musicians that played with him ) a superlative
songwriter and performer .
I saw them on tour in all 3 of their main guises and was stunned every time
.
Dirk Wears White Socks is just as influential an album as Marquee Moon
was/is , albeit in a different area .
The underlying message of Antmusic passes most people by , but I got it from
the off years ago - Be yourself , ridicule is nothing to be scared of . I
still hold that sentiment close now . God knows I have to :-) ha ha .

I actually invested in the Antbox this Monday !! Small world .

Maximum respect to you Keith , even more than normal .
Got the CD this morning as well , cheers mate . Off to hear some Test
Patterns right now .
