He's definitely aware of the list (as you can tell from the Acknowledgments!)
and did get in touch a few months ago to say yes, the book was really coming out
in June (since it's been discussed from time to time on the list since... 2005?
Earlier? He said Continuum has assigned and re-assigned the book to multiple
authors over the years, but for one reason or another it has never come together
until now) and that he's used the list as an occasional resource/guide/etc.
Seems like Keith's site played an even bigger role!

I've got it on order in UK and its showing delivery in 1- 3 weeks. If
you look at the 'Look Inside' feature on Amazon on the acknowledgements
page, Keith and Phil are both namechecked for _The Wonder_ and _Marquee
Moon Mailing List_ respectively. At least he's working with some
quality sources :-) Also wondering if he ever actually contacted you
guys for any thoughts/input?
