Well, yes, that's fucking dreadful.

Of Montreal sort of sounds like novelty music to me, and what I've read
about their over-the-top stage show seems to support that theory.  But I've
never been interested enough to listen to them enough to get profoundly
annoyed by them.

Some argue that there's nothing wrong with novelty music.  That's true.
 There is, however, something wrong with novelty music masquerading as
 Important Shit.  Take Dresden Dolls... PLEASE!
