To be clear, having read through the conversation a little more closely,
the Roxy performance at which I heard "Breakin'" was the Tom Verlaine Band,
not Television.

Tom, Fred, and Jimmy, though!  And the drummer was jazzier than Jay Dee,
and quite good, although no Ficca... but who is?
